Senior Advisor | Private Client Relationships

Lou Maggio serves as a Senior Advisor and manages private client relationships, strategic introductions,
and advisory opportunities across residential and investment real estate.

With a career built around relationships in business, media, sports, and entertainment, Lou brings a broad network and a highly personal approach to client representation. Based in Florida and connected across key markets including New York, California, and Chicago, he works with clients whose real estate needs often extend beyond a single city, transaction, or traditional search. Lou works closely with the broader Sage Team to identify opportunities, develop strategy, coordinate resources, and ensure each client has access to the right people and information at the right time.

PERSONAL NOTE

My career has always been about people. I have spent years building relationships across industries, markets, and communities, and I learned a long time ago that the strongest relationships are rarely transactional. They are built on trust, consistency, discretion, and knowing when you can genuinely be useful. That is what attracted me to The Sage Team.

We are not structured around simply finding a property and closing a transaction. We look at the entire assignment—what the client is trying to accomplish, where the opportunity may be, who needs to be involved, and how we can make the process easier and more effective. My role often begins with a relationship and a question. A client may be considering a move. An executive may need someone they trust in another market. An athlete, entertainer, business owner, or family may want to explore an opportunity privately. A professional relationship may need an advisor somewhere outside their immediate network. That is where I come in.  I listen first. I connect the dots. And then I bring the resources of the entire Sage Team into the assignment. Because my relationships extend well beyond Florida, I am often working across markets—connecting clients and professionals in places like New York, California, Chicago, and throughout our broader referral network. I do not believe every relationship has to become a transaction. Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is make the right introduction, provide the right information, or help someone understand their options before they make a decision.

That is the kind of advisor I want to be—and the kind of team I wanted to be part of.

Beyond the Office

Lou’s story extends well beyond real estate. Over the years, his work in media, film, marketing, sports, and entertainment has connected him with an extraordinary range of people, places, and experiences—and helped shape the relationships and perspective he brings to his work today.
