Kira oversees the client experience across the Sage Private Office, connecting the multifaceted moving parts that shape each relationship. Working closely with our advisors, Client Operations, and outside professionals, she helps ensure the client experience remains consistent end-to-end.

PERSONAL NOTE

A client may never see every conversation, handoff, reminder, or adjustment happening behind the scenes, but they absolutely feel when those things are not connected. My role is to make sure they are. At Sage, I stay close to the entire client journey — what is happening, what comes next, who needs to know, and where something may need attention before it becomes a problem. I work across the Private Office so that you are not left managing the gaps between advisors, transactions, logistics, and outside professionals.

For you, that means a more connected experience, clearer communication, and a team that stays aligned around what matters most to you. I care deeply about how people feel while they are making important decisions. My job is to help make sure the experience reflects the same level of thoughtfulness as the advice itself.
