Guided clients through the selection of over 600 customizable floor plans, tailoring designs to large-acre sites with unique requirements such as wells and septic systems. Helped buyers achieve their dream homes while advancing Arthur Rutenberg’s reputation for luxury and craftsmanship.

Meritage Homes – Tampa, FL
Served as a top-producing sales consultant for this national builder, known for innovative design and energy efficiency. Excelled in fast-paced, high-volume communities by streamlining the sales process and consistently ranking among the top performers in the region.

GL Homes – Tampa, FL
On-site sales consultant for one of Florida’s largest privately held homebuilders. This flagship site encompassed 4,000 homes across 1,200 acres, creating one of the region’s premier master-planned communities.
