That exposure established a disciplined expectation: precision, discretion, and continuity at every stage of engagement.  As she moved into the forefront of the industry, she identified a consistent gap. Traditional platforms—MLS systems, CRMs, and transaction tools—were not designed to support the level of coordination or experience required at a higher level of representation.
